jilivoe Terms and Conditions

jilivoe (referred to hereinafter as the "Platform", "we" or "jilivoe") is an online gaming service provider that offers casino games, slots, cricket betting and other entertainment gaming experiences for players in Bangladesh.

By using the jilivoe website or mobile platform, you are giving your full consent to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our platform.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each person may open only one jilivoe account. Creating multiple accounts by the same person or creating an account on behalf of someone else is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule will result in all associated accounts being closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You are fully responsible for all activities carried out using your account. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorization, notify our support team immediately.

• Use a strong password made up of a combination of letters, numbers and symbols.
• Do not reuse your password anywhere else.
• Make sure to log out after logging in from a public device.
• If you notice any suspicious activity, change your password right away.

2.4 Identity Verification

jilivoe reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. A copy of a national identity card or passport may be requested for verification. Withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold until the verification process is complete.

jilivoe strictly prohibits anyone under the age of 21 from using the platform. Registering on the platform or taking part in any gaming activity means you are declaring that you are 21 years of age or older.

The following individuals are not eligible to use jilivoe:

• Any person under the age of 21.
• Those whose jilivoe account has been previously closed.
• Those who are subject to a self-exclusion policy.
• jilivoe employees and their family members.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on jilivoe is ৳200. We accept the following payment methods:

• Bank Transfer (including Dutch-Bangla, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank)

All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The deposited amount is added directly to your jilivoe account.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount on jilivoe is ৳1,000. For successfully verified accounts, the withdrawal process is generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

Terms applicable for withdrawals:

• Account verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit (where applicable).
• Withdrawals are only possible after all bonus wagering requirements have been met.
• jilivoe reserves the right to place on hold or cancel withdrawals in cases of unusual or suspicious activity.

4.3 Fraudulent Transactions

If a deposit is found to have been made fraudulently or a chargeback is claimed, the associated account will be immediately suspended and the matter will be investigated. In such cases, jilivoe reserves the right to place all withdrawals on hold.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

jilivoe offers new members a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25x. This means you must wager 25 times the bonus amount before making a withdrawal. Example: for a ৳1,000 bonus, a total of ৳25,000 in wagers must be placed.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• To receive a bonus, account verification must be completed at the time of accepting the bonus offer.
• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period; once the period ends, the bonus is automatically cancelled.
• Once an offer has been used, the same offer cannot be used again.
• Wagering requirements must be met to earn withdrawable winnings from bets placed with bonus funds.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts will result in the forfeiture of the bonus.
• jilivoe reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5.4 VIP Program

The jilivoe VIP Program has three tiers:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.3%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.7%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%.

It is possible to move up to a higher tier through regular active play. VIP benefits are provided at jilivoe's discretion and may change at any time.

jilivoe is committed to the principle of fair play. The outcome of all games is technically impartial and free from any external influence. We use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which makes every result completely unpredictable and fair.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Placing bets using any software, bots or automated tools.
• Any attempt to influence the outcome of a game.
• Participating in bonus activities through multiple accounts (bonus abuse).
• Fraudulent behaviour toward other players or jilivoe staff.
• Any attempt at hacking or unauthorized system access.
• Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.

If any of the above activities are detected, the associated account will be immediately suspended, all funds may be forfeited and legal action will be taken if necessary.

7.1 Closure by jilivoe

jilivoe reserves the right to close or suspend any account in the following circumstances:

• Any violation of these terms and conditions.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Fraudulent, illegal or suspicious activity.
• Failure or refusal to complete identity verification.
• Suspicion of money laundering.

7.2 Closure by the User

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please ensure any withdrawable funds are withdrawn before closing your account.

7.3 Self-Exclusion
